Journey to the Lost Worlds: Rediscovering Self Through Soul Integration

This is a note about an outer and inner journey to the Lost Worlds, encountering Isis and Osiris, traversing the underworld, and resurfacing with integrated parts of oneself. It details an odyssey of retrieving treasures and the process of Remembering. This may resonate with you if you find yourself on your own soul journey or are curious about the restoration of soul fragments. Or, perhaps, you might be interested in starting crochet too?

Once initiated on your soul's journey, you begin to remember yourself, unlocking natural knowledge and forgotten gifts. However, there is an equal price. To retrieve these treasures, you must journey to the underworld and confront your shadow stories that carry deep wounds, often on a soul level. Recognizing these stories reveals the truth about yourself and reconnects you with your own heart. This is when profound pain arises, marking the start of the healing process.

This pain surfaces when you touch the encapsulated trauma stored in your Soul and cellular memory. It is necessary to work consciously with these wounds, identifying the pain in your body, linking it with specific situations and aspects of your life, discerning, embracing, and releasing them. This process mirrors the work of Isis, who reassembled her lover Osiris's body, symbolizing the reintegration and renewal of your beloved parts. I will post details of the five-step process I identified during my own experiences with the soul story journey later on.

Like in fairy tales, you must complete certain tasks to overcome the so-called "evil," which I refer to as Unconsciousness, the true source of our suffering. Reflecting on my journey, the most painful experience was abandoning myself to avoid fundamental Soul pain. This remains my intimate secret, but to share more, I kept myself in "sleep" mode, avoiding life's bitter and sweet experiences to evade re-experiencing my trauma.

As I reconnect with the avoided part of my Soul, I reconnect with my lost worlds, both personally and professionally. It has not been easy; it was a true hell to undergo the underworld journey, which threatened to swallow me forever. However, the decision to complete the journey and never look back, as advised in many children's stories, gave me the strength to endure and release what was needed.

Through this process, I rediscovered the World of Plants, reconnecting with my roots and integrating this abandoned part of myself into my work. This has become an endless source of real pleasure and life force. I have also rediscovered the art of crochet! It serves as a powerful way to calm my mind, which I need to stay focused and light. These resources and gifts become available once you face your wounding stories.
